The Thomas J. Richards Memorial Playground, is a tot-lot playground designed specifically for 2-5 year old children. This new playground complements the current playground at School Road Park, designed for older children. The 367 Project coordinated the work of two Boy Scouts who completed their Eagle Scout Projects. Jon Richards, from Troop 229, built new benches for School Road Park. Austin Haeusser, also from Troop 229, installed a patio by the two playgrounds.
